Where to eat in Koh Samui

If you think of first Koh Samui would offer forgiveness for thinking that a tropical island in Thailand, the dining options were somewhat limited in terms of. Certainly there is some decent Thai food and not much else, but could not be further from the truth. Samui now offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants with international cuisine from around the world, as well as more than just a kitchen with "decent" Thai. While most of the restaurants are usually in and aroundChaweng Beach, it would be a mistake not to make the effort to explore further afield, as it has spread to some excellent restaurants on the island. The following are just a selection of what Samui has to offer, and would do well to try at least one of them during your stay - certainly not regret it!

This is a restaurant that can truly say, "Royal Thai Cuisine, offer itself as a leader Chom is used by a household cook in the palace of the late Princess Vibhavadee Rangsit. Similarly,is home to the most delicious cuisine in Thai style, award-winning "Tongsai Thai seafood salad with" features.

The restaurant is located on a small hill and is very bright and spacious, with seating indoors and outdoors, and of course a beautiful view of the bay. Despite a bit 'off the beaten track in Choeng Mon, worth a go at least once during your stay.

Betel Nut is nowwas long enough to be classified as a Samui institution that provides a sporty and elegant dining in an intimate setting. The operations are managed by experienced chef Jeffrey Lord, innovative, creative and spontaneous dishes are a unique mix of Thai, Californian, European and Japanese styles monitored. Although the menu is small, offers a wide range of tastes and textures. For serious gourmets Jeffrey can design special tasting menu, with prior notice. The specialties are on offerBlackened Wahoo with sauce and charming Samui called Buddha jumped over the wall (if you want to know what it is that you just go and try it yourself!)

This uniquely styled restaurant is located right on the sea between Maenam and Bophut. The menu can be called "East to the modern Western cuisine," will be a strong emphasis on using organic healthyIngredients as possible, something that is surprisingly not always easy to reach the island. There are a number of menus on offer as the "menu of Asian cuisine with Asian countries or six different four-course dinner for two lobsters, and an extensive menu. The wine selection is the choice of foods, with more than 75 different varieties of wine.
