Oasis Spa Chiang Mai Review

The Oasis Spa are well known and well established in Thailand, Chiang Mai and other parts. They have two facilities in Chiang Mai, with offices in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. I have reviewed their performance here in Chiang Mai July 19, 2010.

I went to the Oasis location near Wat Phra although both sites equally attractive Sing. Oasis is running a promotion, you will receive an additional hour with a signature body scrub Mangosteen 2 hoursMassage.

The property is immaculate, with a traditional Lanna-style. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with more than adequate staffing. All the staff seem very well trained and professional.

The paper is completed with a series of massages and treatments such as Ayurveda, Thai massage, stone massage, scrubs, wraps and more. My choice was a two-hour massage with hot oil one hour ahead spot mangosteen.

I was accompanied by a hostess in a very pleasantGarden where my therapist, Koy. Koy said, was working with Oasis for the past three years. Koy has led me to build a separate room with a treatment rather large and adjacent shower and toilet area. The treatment room was good with traditional Lanna-style furniture and decor made. The teak wood floor is very positive energy in the room. The large shower and dressing area, a ceiling which is partly open to the outside. I like the feelingout when I'm in it.

Koy, mangosteen includes exfoliation and massage, much to perfection. The mangosteen drink was hot and there was a slow, easy to create solid, relaxing strokes. The hostess had described the massage with hot oil in a relaxing and calming, and indeed it was. In a previous post I discussed the importance of the presence of a masseuse. Koy had in abundance. The hot oil was applied with long strokes of Swedish style with a light-medium depth. It 'been adeeply relaxing treatment from beginning to end. Some people think that a massage should be deep has a therapeutic value. I would not agree to a massage, deep relaxation can be very useful to create. That all healing is self healing, but we need points of law should allow. Deep relaxation is another requirement. This treatment provided.

The fees would be considered by the Oasis at most moderate. This treatment was three hours which is a 3,178 THBjust under $ 100 USD. These include a service charge of 10% and 7% VAT, this price.

On my last trip to Bangkok, I stayed at the Amari Watergate and Sivara spa is tucked away on the 8th floor of the hotel overlooking the pool and health and fitness.

The Spa at the Amari Watergate Hotel in Bangkok is newly renovated and moderncontemporary Thai style. How to go to the reception, you will find a delightful game of Bronze "Lotus Flower" catwalks of high water, rocks, curtains, candles and flowers.

There are three large bedrooms Zen-themed treatment rooms are doubles and 5 singles. Each of the themed rooms are assigned double with a signature treatment.

This room features a botanical-inspired tropical rain shower to wash away the stresses of the day. The refreshing blend of essential oils used for massage leaves the body feeling rejuvenated.

The clean scent of flowers and purify the soul, while Ylang Ylang, Lavenderand marjoram essential oils are used in treatments, offering the ultimate indulgence for women.

In the room inspiration herbs, healing properties of herbs - known for centuries as a gift of nature to humankind - are combined with luxurious pampering.

I opted for "Sarada Package (2 hours) which includes an oil massage and facial treatment. I was not interested, make a face and the reception was flexible enough to cover her face with a body scrub to change, however.

From lightingand temperature in the room, was applied to the music volume and pressure to scrub or massage therapist so attentive and caring for my entire treatment. sweet therapist at the spa really live up to the gentle spirit of the Thai spa culture.

For total relaxation, the spa offers a wide range of massages, spa, facial and body treatments. The choice of treatments include Thai and oil massages, body polishes and wraps,Face, and also an individual half-day, full day, multi-day wellness program. There's also the impressive four-hand massage, the constraints become signature treatment of high-end Thai spa, but time did not allow me find time for this popular treatment.
