Just as our body and mind connection, so the environment affect our health. We all have emotional reactions to color and variety, as well as the purely physiological responses to air quality, odors and sounds. Unfortunately, if we had given environment, it seems that the registration of these sensory stimuli are avoided by the familiar, even if their counterproductive effects can still prominent. The first step in creating a healthyEnvironmental awareness is. As with other aspects of health improvement, before the factors that alter in a shortage of well-being, we must first understand what they are. We have all seen the effect that walking into a beautiful garden with its lush, scented, color range, birds, butterflies, dynamism and vitality to our sense of well being. Similarly, we can all remember entering a building, which has prompted us to seek a way out immediately, in view of the factfresh air, sounds monotonous, stale odors, randomness, noise, and low energy costs. After entering any adjustments to our senses directly, send a direct feedback at all levels. The environment can set the tone of our set-emotions that we feel comfortable or tense, agitated or slow, healthy or claustrophobic, friendly or hard conditions, or remotely involved and then there are many ways that we can not even be knowledge.
