The top section of the building is a complex of two Thai houses, a pavilion and an entrance gate, all surrounding a tiled courtyard. The Thai houses, with their Pagoda-like roofs, house a spa treatment facility and a luxury suite. The Pavilion offers a shaded area to relax and drink "Numcha" (a traditional hand picked Thai herbal tea). The 3000 sq ft ground floor is available for workshops, meetings and entertainment. The Echo Valley Ranch & Spa Conference Centre is the only one of its kind in North America. Designed by Dr. Pinyo Suwankiri, architect to the Thai royal family, the unique space blends traditional Thai design and structure-Master Craftsman in Thailand.
